Sankara Eye Care - 1 Million Undergo Free Eye Surgeries
Sankara eye care hospital celebrated the completion of one million free "vision
restoration surgeries" a project that mainly benefited rural poor who do
not have access to eye care facilities.
SECI founder and Managing Trustee Dr. R V Ramani Said the project has covered nearly 1.34 lakh rural folks in karnataka. "Providing quality eye care services to rural population has been on of the important goals we set for ourselves when we established SECI nearly three decades agao" Ramani added.
